Our team of consultants identify as neurodivergent, and each possesses skills in specific areas.
We make adjustments to ensure our team are enabled by their environment thus ensuring they can be their best selves. Exceptional communication skills vary from person to person, from role to role. They can also vary in terms of medium e.g., virtual, face to face, group sessions and 1:1 and be impacted by the environment.
