EOTAS & Tailored Family Support

EOTAS Support

Education Otherwise than at School (EOTAS) is an educational provision for children who can't attend a mainstream or special school for a multitude of reasons. EOTAS is often arranged and funded by the local authority.

Learn More About EOTAS in our recent blog post

  • 'Having an EOTAS co-ordinator as part of our child's team has resulted in us feeling more supported, less overwhelmed and less isolated.'

    —Parent

  • 'It has been invaluable to have someone independent that other team members can liaise with directly and who can liaise and advocate on our behalf, as well as coordinate team meetings etc. When there are challenges in the working relationship between a professional and our child, having the co-ordinator, who is less emotionally involved than us as parents, is so helpful at lowering the emotional cost to ourselves.'
