Our 'The way I see it' theme focuses on the idea that everyone has their own point of view and however different it may be to ours - it is valid! 

We would like to equip our autistic and neurodiverse community with tools, skills and ideas to help manage during these challenging times and beyond.

ONLINE WORKSHOPS

Ways of responding effectively

The way I see it, all behaviour is trying to tell us something. If we can see a communication attempt rather than just respond to a behaviour, we are half way there!

Reframing Autism
